"Alphalocal" is specially designed website system to allow Alpha Course administrators and team leaders to publish and communicate information to their Alpha team and community. It also provides the means to link local teams with their regional team, and regional teams with their local teams.

Alphalocal is free to use, and removes the issues of finding and paying for website hosting, and then trying to find an "someone good at computers" to create and look after the website. Alphalocal allows you to create a professional-looking website within a few minutes, wrapped entirely within the Alpha brand, and linked to other local teams.

Your custom alphalocal  site can be used to describe your activities and team as you develop your Alpha initiative in your area. Although it is not designed as the primary means of locating Alpha courses for guests (the existing Alpha website at http://uk.alpha.org provides the "find a course" facility), it does allow you to publish much more detail (such as contact points, times, dates, directions, news, events, searchable map), and gives your Alpha team a vital internet presence.
